Glamping Code
Our intention is for families and friends to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing break in comfortable cabins in secluded and picturesque surroundings.
So as to ensure that all our guests have a safe and enjoyable time with us, we ask you and all your party to abide by the following code. By booking with us you agree to it.
- Check in from 4 pm at the earliest and check out by 10:30 am at the latest
- Please don’t disturb others with loud music at any time and no noise after 11 pm or before 8 am
- If you wish to party, this site is not for you
- No anti-social behaviour
- Please supervise your children at all times. Please be particularly aware of the stream which runs near the site and the risk of falls from the mezzanine floors
- Dogs are only permitted in designated lodges. Keep dogs under control at all times. Clean up after your dog and ensure they do not disturb other guests.
- Fires are only permitted in the fire pits provided. Logs are available to buy from the farm or local shops. Please do not use wood from the adjacent woodland.
- No smoking inside the lodges
- Please do not invite visitors onto the site
- Please be aware this is a working farm; farm vehicles may occasionally drive past the site.
- No drones on site please
- Please leave the lodges as you find them, including the oven and barbecue, and please ensure all equipment is left in the correct cabin
- Please treat our lodges with care. If you break something please let us know so it can be repaired or replaced; we don’t normally charge for minor breakages.
- All vehicles and possessions that are brought onto the site are done so at the owners’ risk. Woods Meadow Glamping accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss which may occur while on the premises.
- Woods Meadow Glamping reserves the right to ask anyone who does not adhere to our code to leave without refund.
